HAF - Growing moss jewellery

We have all heard the term 'green thumb' meaning someone who is particularly fond of gardening and the great outdoors. But designer Hafsteinn Juliusson has taken that meaning a little more literally with his growing jewellery. These pieces feature a small amount of moss that if looked after can last for about 8-12 months. It is designed for the city-dwellers who lack the everyday communication with nature. I love the idea of a growing piece of fashion, that alters every time you wear it.
