Officially in love with this series
from David Taylor. Rough concrete mixed with brass, gold and some
seriously beautiful designs. David's work varies from lamps,
candlesticks and bowls, each one has a rustic and edgy feel to it.
Another aspect of his work I love is his instillations, he creates
awesome pieces of functional work in public spaces. One of my
favourites is this temporary seating platform in Östermalmstorg
tube station (Below – I love the little feet!). I love Taylor's use
of colours, material and simplistic design solutions. Check out all his work here.
