Fire & Knives


I have spent my week munching my way slowly through the latest edition of Fire & Knives. This hilarious, insightful, down right delicious little magazine is a collection of some of the wittiest food writers around. Bringing anything to the writing table from the history of couscous to a very detailed description of the trials of cooking lobster. This has to be my favourite quarterly read, it never fails to lighten my mood, and always puts me in the mood to cook something wonderful and creative! Plus the design and illustration is always amazing. At the moment their website is being rebuilt, but their shop is still open or you can buy Stack.
